Important Privacy Policy Amendment

Dear partners,

As a leading Native Advertising Network, MGID is fully compliant with the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a new European privacy regulation taking effect on May 25th, 2018. We would like to assure our clients that all aspects of the new regulations have been addressed and are reflected in our updated Privacy Policy

We strongly embrace our responsibility in protecting user data. Our enhanced policy explicitly defines the following:

1. MGID is fully responsible for the data and information it collects on publisher's website(s).

2. MGID's Publishers are not responsible for MGID's data processing, as outlined in the privacy policy

3. The Use and Sharing purposes of both Non-Personally and Personally Identifiable Information have been updated.

The GDPR gives individuals control over how their personal data is used and imposes new obligations on companies and government agencies that market, track, or handle the personal data of EU residents. The GDPR covers the personal data for every EU citizen and provides comprehensive rights to data subjects.

It is imperative that you read and accept these additional terms in order to continue working with MGID. Please log-in to your dashboard on or before May 24th 2018 to accept these changes.

This amendment does not replace your existing ToS or Publisher Agreement, but rather adds provisions to ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation.
